Certificates of attendance will be issued to all delegates who attend the conference. Recordings of the talks will be available exclusively to view on demand (for registered delegates) after the conference for three months, after which they will be made available on the UFAW YouTube channel.

** You may be asked for proof of student status (e.g. a copy of a valid/current student ID, letter from tutor).
*** To maximise access to the meeting, the online registration fee will be waived for delegates resident in low and middle-income countries eligible for the Research4Life scheme (Group A and B). Click here for a list of eligible countries.
Support for presenters
Potential presenters seeking support to attend the conference can apply for a 2026 Centenary Conference Travel Grant. Grants are limited and not all applications will be successful. Applications are open until 16 March 2026. Read the eligibility criteria and how to apply.
